Norman Macrae was The Economist's end-poverty sub editor for 40 years with many firsts in connecting East and West. His 1977 survey celebrated why sustainable millennials would be those who celebrated   friendship exchanges with China. Three generations of my mother's family tree served in Mumbai as pharmacists and social lawyers. Kemps Corner is named after our family. In 1984 I co-authored book on future of net generation and sustainability "The 2025 Report". Norman died in 2010. Remembrance parties around the world have led us to projects concerned with helping young journalists identify world record job creating platforms connecting youth across countries with sustainability futures.
