Main reason for optimism is leapfrogging - thats when a society/place that was excluded from industrial age networks leapfrogs an old system to a new one thanks to 1000 times more COMstech than 1946; about a third of the world never had wired telephone lines, now almost all have mobile (text version); more than a quarter of the world never had electricity grids, now microsolar is linking in;. Prior to 2017 only Jim Kim open spaced this debated in DC: let's hope all parents and youth do now from usa to china to Rome, from Scotland to Argentina, from Bangalore to Haiti. from . G1 G2. dhaka and beijing are likely nearest my budget can get to australia- will you be at either of next 2 wises ny sept 2018 and paris march 2019 (before beijing Belt Road may 2019) - in addition to dhaka and tokyo, these are 2 of top 4 cities i have connected youth in over last 10 years - checkin with eg estelle in paris or amy in ny or mostofa in dhaka - or maurice in rome

when it comes to education in beijing critical is

21st c was organiser of wise in beijing and connected 50 of china most exciting edutech people; JHAN speciality is her wise report #11 on what happens to rural immigrant children when they relocate to beijing- i dont seem to have the personal knowhow/linguistic ability for jialing to take me seriously - i did successfully intro marta -spains main pro-youth connector of wise to jialing but i dont remember seeing you (australia) or javeed (india) while jialing was resident in the exhibit hall at wise qatar  (there was a huge omission at wise beijing - tsinghua (the alumni university of all top public servant of end poverty from xi jinping on as well as beijing home of jack ma student unions)  which only one wise@beijing alumni knew of in real detail- part of the way that stavros doesnt really know what opportunities he really had to connect when he only visits a place like beijing for 48 hours)- i am not blaming him as a commercial operator but he doesnt have the resources to make wise the summit where educators save the world from urgent destruction of sustainabilty youth livelihoods - most strangely of all just when his former boss mahbubani in singapore is raising the most vital education between east and west - stavros in new york has lost all urgent contexts as can be seen from latest summit agenda for new york which no longer has the connections with the general assembly it was claimed to have on our last day in qatar)

beyond dhaka's james grant school and boston partners in health, australia specifically monash (paul and george) has healthiest education connections; and kim-mcdonald's review of whos tech who has recently been translated from australian english to chinese

need help in developing a mapping brochure on how to include every country whose youth need sustainability livelihood education - any ideas welcome
thanks chris macrae
